Payment Information
When invoiced for our services you will be able to pay directly into our bank account via BACS (sort code and account number specified on the invoice), by debit or credit card through a secure Stripe link or by posting a cheque to our office address below, quoting the invoice number clearly on the reverse.

Hourly Rate
We apply the following hourly rate:
- Web design, development, support & maintenance tasks – £60 per hour
- Consultancy – £120 per hour
Refund Policy
You have the right to cancel within seven days of their contract with you, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you chose to cancel your order you will your payment returned and outline the procedures they must follow to return their goods or services (these requirements ensure you comply with EU regulations). WordPress Hosting Packages
Our WP Essential, WP Premium and WP Premium+ Packages come with up to 1 hour of support per month. On occasions we may be required to spend some or all of this time on maintenance tasks to keep your website operating smoothly.
Below are the common tasks which are covered by these packages with us:
- Making changes to your website’s copy and content using the existing page templates
- Updating your websites page titles, meta descriptions and alt text
- Adding plugins to enhance your website’s functionality
- Optimising your website’s loading times and performance metrics
- Making minor changes to your website’s stylesheet
- WordPress core, plugin and theme updates
- Resolving critical errors and troubleshooting conflicts between plugins and themes
The following tasks are not included within these packages with us:
- Off-page Search Engine Optimisation services including link building, keyword research and website SEO reports
- Designing a new website or website pages
- Building new page templates
- Meetings at the clients location
Any work undertaken in the month over the hour will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
Any time not used within the month will not roll-over into the following month.
Customers who are on our WP Basic package have full access to our support and maintenance services and will be charged at our standard hourly rate.
SSL Certificates
If your domain is using our nameservers, we will provide a free SSL certificate for your website. All Free SSL certificates are wildcard certificates, so will automatically cover the domain and all subdomains – For example: domain.tld, www.domain.tld, anything.domain.tld.
Domains not using our nameservers will require a GEO-Trust SSL certificate currently charged at £49.99 per annum.
Hosting Package Cancellation
We require a minimum 30 days notice by the account holder to cancel your Hosting Package with us. Please contact us by email (or letter to our registered address) providing the hosted domain name, date on which you would like to cancel and confirmation you are happy for us to delete any website and email data we hold.
SEO Packages
Our SEO Packages are designed to improve a website’s visibility in Google by undertaking proven practices and techniques. Adding fresh content to the website plays an important role in the success of any SEO campaign. For clients who are not able to add fresh content to their website, we have a blog / copywriting service that can help support our SEO efforts.
We are not able to guarantee keyword ranking positions or indicate where you might appear in the search results as a result of a campaign with us.
