For clients requiring allocated time each month for website maintenance and support
Our support and website maintenance packages are ideal for clients who would like us to be responsible for their WordPress website maintenance, content updates and provide ongoing support. If you find you are too busy, are unfamiliar with website editing, or simply lack the confidence to maintain your own WordPress or WooCommerce website, our packages are ideally suited.
Our WP Essential and WP Premium hosting packages both come with 1 hour per month of support and maintenance included. A support and maintenance package can be purchased to bolt-on additional time each month to both packages.
If you have our WP Basic hosting package and require monthly support and maintenance time, we recommend upgrading to one of our other WordPress Hosting Packages which include this by default.
Flexible, rolling month by month packages
Our flexible packages allow clients to easily change their allocation of time with us from one month to the next. We don’t operate on fixed length contracts and will amend your allocation of time for the forthcoming month provided we are contacted before the

Clients on support and website maintenance packages will benefit from priority response times and a reduction on our default hourly rate.
